摘要
银杏多糖具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤,抑菌,防腐等功效。本实验选择银杏叶多糖和银杏内生菌Endo Gin Ya1胞外多糖这两种不同来源的多糖为研究对象,针对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、八叠球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌这四种常见的细菌指示菌研究两种多糖的抑菌性,并进行对比分析。实验结果表明:银杏叶多糖对枯草芽孢杆菌、八叠球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有不同程度的抑制作用,对大肠杆菌无明显抑制作用;而银杏内生菌Endo Gin Ya1胞外多糖对大肠杆菌、八叠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有不同程度的抑制作用,对枯草芽孢杆菌无明显抑制作用。这说明银杏内生菌Endo Gin Ya1胞外多糖与银杏叶多糖在抑菌性方面,既有相似性,又有差异性,为银杏多糖在抑菌性方面的进一步研究和开发奠定了基础。
Ginkgo polysaccharide has antioxidant activity,anti-tumor,antibacterial ability,antiseptic and other effects.Bacteriostatic activities of polysaccharides from Ginkgo biloba leaves and extracellular polysaccharides of Endophytic bacteria Endo Gin Yal from Ginkgo biloba were determined,against four common bacterial indicator bacteria,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Sarcina and Staphylococcus aureus.Experimental results showed that:the polysaccharides of Ginkgo biloba leaf had different bacteriostatic activities againstBacillus subtilis,Sarcina and Staphylococcus aureus,while there was no significant bacteriostatic activity on the Escherichia coli;and extracellular polysaccharides of Ginkgo biloba endophytic bacteria Endo Gin Yal showed some extent on bacteriostatic activity on Escherichia coli,Sarcina,Staphylococcus aureus,while there was no significant bacteriostatic activity on Bacillus subtilis.So this conclusions showed that extracellular polysaccharides of Ginkgo biloba endophytic bacteria Endo Gin Yal and polysaccharides from Ginkgo biloba leaves have similarities and differences in bacteriostatic ability,which lays the foundation for the polysaccharides from Ginkgo biloba in inhibition of further research and development.
