油机井功率平衡率合理界限探讨

摘要
为了进一步提高功率法调平衡技术的实用性,开展了油机井功率平衡率合理界限研究。选取功率平衡率为50%~70%的油机井,对这些油机井的平衡块位置进行移动,计算平衡块在不同位置时的功率平衡率与油机井日耗电量、不平衡扭矩的关系,确定最佳耗电量与最佳不平衡扭矩点,以此来确定最佳功率平衡率,同时结合油机井平衡数据处理系统,计算出理论最佳功率平衡率,通过理论模拟研究与现场试验相结合,由此确定最终功率平衡率合理界限值。通过对43口油机井理论模拟研究,同时考虑到现场实际操作情况,确定功率平衡率最佳范围为70%~100%。功率平衡率合理界限值的确定,完善了功率法调平衡技术的实用性,从根本上实现了油机的平衡。
In order to further improve the practicality of power balance technology,the reasonable limit of power balance rate for pumping wells has been studied.The pumping wells whose power balance rate is from 50%to 70%have been selected.The relationship among power balance rate,daily electricity consumption and unbalanced torque was calculated while moving the balance block of pumping wells into different position to determine the best power consumption as well as the best unbalanced torque point,then to obtain the optimal power balance rate.At the same time,the theoretical optimal power balance rate can also be calculated by using the balance data processing system of pumping wells.Then the reasonable limit value of final power balance rate was confirmed through the combination of theoretical simulation and field test.Considering the theoretical simulation results of 43 pumping wells and the actual operation at well site,the range of the optimal power balance rate is from 70%to100%.The reasonable limit of power balance rate improves the practicality of power balance technology,which realizes the balance of pumping wells radically.
