单层工业厂房夹层改造技术问题研究与工程应用

摘要
基于辽宁某工业厂房夹层改造工程,对改造前结构进行验算,提出夹层改造方案,对改造后的结构进行有限元分析,通过对比发现改造后的厂房,原有构件的截面受力情况均有变化,其中原有排架柱配筋面积满足要求,可继续使用;而牛腿处,竖向荷载明显增大,配筋面积不满足要求,提出加设计方法并验算满足。采用振型分解反应谱法和动力时程分析法对改造前后的厂房进行地震作用下的动力分析,比较改造前后结构抗震性能的差异。
Based on the Liaoning industrial plant sandwich renovation project,the structure is checked before reforming and the strengthening design scheme was put forward.The finite element analysis of the structure of the sandwich structure was carried out by the finite element software,by comparison,the section stress of the original member of the industrial plant changed after the transformation,wherein the original bent column reinforcement area can meet the requirements and can continue using,however the brackets reinforcement area cannot meet the requirements due to the obviously increased vertical load,the reinforcement design method was put forward and the checking computation was satisfied.Vibration mode decomposition response spectrum method and dvnamic time history analysis method were used to analyze the dynamic analysis of the industrial plant before and after reconstruction and compared similarities and differences of seismic performance of structure before and after reconstruction.
