溶剂效应调控手性超分子微管的自组装

摘要
一组基于L-谷氨酸侧基的手性自组装聚合物被合成,聚合物侧链中含有大量的酰胺和羧酸基团,在水溶液中通过氢键作用单独组装成有序结构。这种聚合物能在不同溶剂中形成支化的微管结构,微管尺寸可以通过溶剂调控;得到一种简单有效的制备支化微管结构的方法,能模拟生物组织行为,从而用于制备新型仿生材料。
A set of chiral, self-assembling polymers based on the L-glutamic acid was prepared. The side chain of polymers content quantity of carboxyl and amide groups, which facilitates the self-assembly into bundled structure in aqueous solutions. Chiral polymers could easily self-assembly to form branched microtubes in mixed solvents, which could be used to simulate the biological organization behavior, as well as preparing biomimetic materials.
