柴油机燃用汽油/F-T柴油混合燃料的循环变动特性

摘要
通过柴油机燃用汽油/F-T柴油混合燃料试验,研究汽油/F-T柴油混合燃料发动机的循环变动特性。在18°CA BTDC、20°CA BTDC、22℃A BTDC三种供油时刻下,采集发动机在平均有效压力BMEP为0.22MPa、0.43MPa、0.60MPa三种负荷下的缸压信号,研究发动机循环变动特性和爆燃程度,并结合小波变换分析燃烧稳定性和爆燃系数。发现负荷的增加会降低CoVp_i和爆燃系数KF;相同负荷下,供油时刻为20°CA BTDC时,CoVp_i最小,BMEP=0.43MPa时,KF低于其他供油时刻,并且最高压力p_(max)与滞燃期(θ_d)的相关系数达到最高0.76。p_(max)在大尺度小波变换下频率响应非常明显,其幅值变化量与CoVp_i相吻合。通过匹配合适的供油时刻和负荷工况,可以将汽油/F-T柴油混合燃料柴油机循环变动控制在合理范围内。
The cyclic variation characteristics of diesel engine fueled with petrol/F-T diesel blend were researched through experiments of engine bench.The cylinder pressure signals were gathered at 18° CA BTDC,20° CA BTDC,22° CA BTDC three fuel supply timings and 0.22 MPa,0.43 MPa,0.60 MPa three BMEP conditions,to research the cyclic variation characteristics and knock,and analyze the combustion stability and knock coefficient(KF) with the wavelet transform.The results show that the coefficient of variation of p_i(CoV p_i) and KF decrease with increasement of load;at the same load condition,CoV p_i is minimum at 20° CA BTDC,and KF is lower than other fuel supply timings when BMEP = 0.43 MPa,and the correlation coefficient of p_(max) and θ_d to be maximum of0.76.The frequency response of p_(max) in large scale wavelet transform is very obvious and the amplitude change is in agreement with CoVp_i.The cyclic variation of diesel engine fueled with petrol/F-T diesel blend can be controlled within reasonable range by matching the appropriate fuel supply timing and load condition.
