摘要
本工作通过静态法和动态模拟法评价中水用于循环冷却水系统时的缓蚀阻垢剂的性能。试验表明,试片在150 mg/L含ATMP:HEDP=6:1和6 mg/L氯化锌的溶液中预膜后,放入含12~50 mg/L ATMP:HEDP=6:1的缓蚀阻垢剂下运行,其腐蚀速率小于0.04 mm/a,缓蚀率大于90%,极限浓缩倍率达5.6,满足循环冷却水运行要求。
The performances of corrosion and scale inhibitors applied in circulating cooling water was evaluated by static and dynamic simulation method in this paper.The experimental results showed that the corrosion rate was less than 0.04 mm/a,the corrosion inhibition efficiency was more than 90%and the concentration ratio limited was up to5.6 when the test coupon was pre-filmed under the condition of 150 mg/L dosage of ATMP:HEDP= 6:1 as well as6 mg/L ZnCl_2 and put in circulating cooling water with 12~50 mg/L dosage of corrosion inhibitors ATMP:HEDP=6:1.It could meet the use demand of circulating cooling water.
