天然气发动机稳态与瞬态排放的研究

摘要
基于天然气发动机瞬态工况与稳态工况实验寻求出发动机稳态时排放最优的目标空燃比区间,以及发动机瞬态时更好地控制空燃比的方法。通过分析稳态时NOx、HC与CO排放量与空燃比的变化关系,得到排放最优λ(过量空气系数)区间为0.99~1。同时,对比了瞬态时空燃比闭环策略中λ振荡与不振荡对发动机瞬态的影响,得出瞬态时λ振荡闭环相对于不振荡,空燃比的闭环速度更快,NOx排放更少。
The optimum air- fuel ratio interval is determined and method of controlling air- fuel ration is discovered based on steady and transient experiments of natural gas engine.The optimal A ranges from 0.99 to 1 by analyzing the relationship between emission of NOx HC,and CO and changeable air-fuel ration.Meanwhile,whether X fluctuation Or not had influence on transient condition of closedloop control system was compared,and,closed-loop velocity is faster and NOx emissions are less in X fluctuation condition.
