犬肝、胆超声造影技术初探

摘要
以17只2月龄健康中华田园犬为试验动物,采用外周静脉注入、门静脉穿刺注入超声造影剂Sonovue,筛选最佳造影剂注入途径;分别按0.3mg/kg、0.4mg/kg、0.5mg/kg体重以最佳造影途径注入Sonovue,筛选犬肝胆最佳造影剂剂量及最佳显影时间;测定了造影前后犬肝肾功能指标,探讨造影剂对犬健康的影响。结果表明,犬肝胆超声造影剂的最佳注入方式为外周静脉注射,造影剂最佳剂量为0.4mg/kg体重,最佳影像观察时间为造影后2min;Sonovue造影剂对犬肝功能有一定负面影响。
17 Canis lupus familiaris' s aged 2 months as experimental animals,the ultrasound contrast agent was injected through peripheral vein injection and portal vein injection to select the best way of contrast agent injection.And sonovue contrast agent was injected in the rank of 0.3,0.4and 0.5 mg per kg of body weight,the optimal dose of hepatobiliary contrast agent and the most appropriate time of development were selected.Also,liver and kidney function parameters in canines after the contrast were measured to investigate the effect of contrast agent on the canine's health.The results show that,the best way of the canine hepatobiliary ultrasound contrast agent was peripheral intravenous injection,the optimal dose of hepatobiliary contrast agent was 0.4mg per kg of body weight,the most appropriate time of development was 2 min after the angiography,a certain negative influence on liver function by Sonovue contrast agent were fund to canine.
