运动干预对强直性脊柱炎疼痛的止痛效果分析

摘要

目的:探讨分析运动干预对强直性脊柱炎疼痛的止痛效果。方法:选取2014年8月至2016年8月在我院接受治疗的强直性脊柱炎患者102例进行研究,按照护理方法的不同分为运动组(n=51)与常规组(n=51),两组均给予药物治疗,常规组在药物治疗的基础上实行常规护理,运动组在药物治疗的基础上实行运动干预,实验结束后,对比分析两组患者干预前后的疼痛评分以及干预前后的胸廓呼吸差、指地距、颌柄距。结果:通过对比发现,运动组患者护理前的疼痛评分以及干预前后的胸廓呼吸差、指地距、颌柄距与常规组差异不明显,治疗后的胸廓呼吸差高于常规组,疼痛评分以及指地距、颌柄距均低于常规组,两组差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:对强直性脊柱炎疼痛患者在药物治疗的基础上给予运动干预有较好的止痛效果,有利于患者的康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the analgesic effect of exercise intervention on ankylosing spondylitis pain. Methods: A total of 102 patients with ankylosing spondylitis who weretreated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were divided into exercise group(n = 51) and routine group(n = 51) according to different nursing approachs., The two groups were givendrug treatment in the conventional group on the basis of drug therapy routine care, exercise group on the basis of drug therapy exercise intervention, after the end of the experiment, comparativeanalysis of two groups of patients before and after the intervention pain score and before and after intervention Thoracic breathing is poor, refers to the distance, jaw away from the handle. Results: Compared with the conventional group, the thoracic respiration difference in the exercise group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group, the pain score and the thoracic respirationdifference before and after the intervention were not significant.(P <0.05), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion: The ankylosingspondylitis pain in patients on the basis of drug treatment given to exercise intervention has a good analgesic effect, is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
