3-(哌啶基甲基)-苯并噻唑-2-硫酮的缓蚀性能

摘要
以2-巯基苯并噻唑、甲醛和哌啶为原料在微波辐照下合成了3-(哌啶基甲基)-苯并噻唑-2-硫酮(PDMBT)。采用失重法和动电位极化曲线法对合成的缓蚀剂进行了缓蚀性能测试,利用扫描电镜观察了腐蚀试样表面形貌,利用分子动力学和量子化学方法对其在Fe表面的吸附行为进行了初步探讨。结果表明,PDMBT能有效抑制饱和CO_2环境下N80钢的腐蚀,其主要靠分子中的巯基苯并噻唑环与钢表面发生相互作用。
3-piperidinomethyl-benzothiazole-2-thione(PDMBT) was synthesized under microwave irradiation by using2-mercaptobenzothiazole,formalin and piperidine as the starting materials.The inhibition performance of PDMBT was measured using weight loss tests and polarization curve measurements.The morphology of the corroded steel surface was analyzed using a scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the adsorption behavior of the inhibitor molecular on Fe surface was discussed by molecular dynamics and quantum chemistry methods.Results showed that PDMBT could inhibit the corrosion of N80 steel in CO_2 saturated medium.The adsorption of PDMBT on Fe surface was the result of the interaction between mercaptobenzothiazole ring and Fe surface.
