新型低温高活性NH_3-SCR催化剂制备及性能研究

摘要
采用浸渍法制备了Ce/Cu-Beta和Cu-Ce/Beta两种改性分子筛催化剂,并对其理化特性及SCR反应活性进行了表征。尽管两种催化剂都含有相同Cu、Ce金属元素,但是由于引入方式的不同,结果表明与Cu-Ce/Beta催化剂相比,所制备的Ce/Cu-Beta催化剂具有较低的起始还原温度、较大的弱酸和中强酸量;150℃NOx转化率为78%,200℃时NOx转化率可达到98%,表现出良好的低温高活性;经过高温水热和预硫化处理后,表现出较好的高温水热稳定性和抗硫能力。
Ce/Cu-Beta and Cu-Ce/Beta were prepared by co-impregnation method,physic-chemical properties as well as its catalytic characteristics had been investigated.While both catalysts containing the same Cu and Ce,but due to different ways of introducing,the results showed that Ce/Cu-Beta catalyst had lower initial reduction temperature,the larger of weak and strong acid;150℃ NOx conversion rate was 78% and 200℃ can reach 98%,which showed good activity at low temperature and better high temperature hydrothermal stability and sulfur tolerance after high temperature hydrothermal and pre vulcanization treatment.
