溴化物用于Ru-Co催化剂均相催化CO_2加氢制高级醇

摘要
CO_2作为可再生的Cl资源,其转化为高附加值化学品的研究具有重要意义。醇是重要的大宗化学品,但是目前CO_2加氢制备高级醇的研究较少,且CO_2/CO加氢制高级醇常用的助剂是碘化物,采用便宜易得催化材料进行CO_2加氢制备高级醇具有一定的挑战性。本工作设计了以钌-钴双金属催化剂,溴化锂和双三苯基膦氯化铵为助剂的催化体系,研究了其对CO_2加氢制高级醇的反应催化性能。该催化体系在较温和的条件下能催化CO_2加氢生成甲醇,乙醇,丙醇和异丁醇。在反应中,溴化锂能提高反应活性,双三苯基膦氯化铵能提高高级醇的选择性,二者协同使用与碘化物催化体系相比,展现了优异的性能。催化体系在循环使用5次后,催化性能没有明显降低。
Synthesis of C_(2+)OH from CO_2 hydrogenation is an interesting topic.Herein we studied synthesis of C_(2+)OH by CO_2 hydrogenation over Ru_3(CO)_(12)-Co_4(CO)_(12) bimetallic catalyst with bis(triphenylphosphoranylidene)ammonium chloride(PPNCl) as the cocatalyst and LiBr as the promoter.It was found that methanol,ethanol,propanol and isobutanol were formed at milder conditions.The catalytic system had much better overall performance than those of the iodide promoted systems reported because PPNCl and LiBr cooperated very well for accelerating the reaction.In addition,the catalyst could be reused at least five cycles without obvious change of catalytic performance.
