摘要

中药是世界医学宝库的重要组成部分,中医的常用方药是在上千年临床实践中反复检验修正得到的,多以复方形式使用中药,体现的是综合效应和整体疗效。在这些验方中,无效验方急需证伪,有效验方急待证实。中草药是中药中最重要和最有意义的部分,复方方剂是中草药的核心,多组分协同作用是关键。中草药复方方剂多组分协同作用的机制有待阐明。中草药复方的新剂型是中药现代化和国际化工作的基础,需做到使用方便,有效成分明确,标准规范,质量稳定可控。化学在中草药的国际化和现代化中密不可分,必不可少,大有可为。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is precious heritage of the world medicine;TCM is widely used in the thousands of years of clinical practice in repeated modification and optimization.TCMs are often used in the form of mixed compound formulation.Embodiment of the combined effects and the overall efficacy are always emphasized in empirical practice.For the mixed compound formulation,it is urgent to remove those which do not have actual cure effect and pick out the one which really work well by comprehensive experimental test and screening.Chinese herb medicine(CHM) is most important and promising part in TCM and mixed compound formulation is their distinct feature.Synergistic and cooperative effect is the key in CHM.It is paramount important that the mechanism of multi-component synergistic action of Chinese compound herbal medicine to be elucidated.The new dosage and formulation form of CHM need to be optimized and upgraded as well.The ideal dosage form should be easy to use,effective components are all clear,having standard specification,with stable and controllable quality.Chemical science is inseparable,essential for internationalization and modernization of in Chinese herbal medicine.
