自然崩落法超前拉底数值模拟研究

摘要
自然崩落法是在出矿水平上部拉开一定空间,矿岩在自重应力或构造应力的作用下自然崩落,并通过拉底水平底部的聚矿槽放出。拉底与聚矿槽施工的先后顺序直接影响着底部结构稳定性。假设拉底超前聚矿槽进行,运用模拟软件FLAC3D建立数值模型,模拟分析超前拉底条件下,底部结构的应力、塑性区变化情况。研究表明超前拉底有助于底部结构的稳定。
Block caving method is a mining method which some space is developed above the production level and the ore-rock cave naturally under the effect of gravity and tectonic stress. The ore-rock is drawed through the drawbell under the undercutting level. The construction sequence of undercutting and drawbell affect the stability of bottom structure directly. Assuming that undercutting is ahead of drawbell construction, we establish a numerical model with FLAC3D and simulate the stress and plastic zone in bottom structure. The research showed that advancing undercutting is helpful to the stability of bottom structure.
