摘要

对一种含有木槿提取物的保湿霜进行了临床评价。选择24名25-40岁的女性,按要求使用化妆品28天后,皮肤的水分含量、经皮水分散失和角质细胞完整度与初始值相比均有显著改善(P<0.05)。在第28天对使用产品的前臂部位进行角质剥落后的经皮水分散失测定时,其水分散失速率较第14天有明显改善,表明该产品能有效增强肌肤屏障,达到保湿的效果。同时,通过问卷调查,大于80%的消费者对本产品的整体情况表示满意,专业的临床评价也显示本产品无发红,刺痛等安全性问题。
A clinical study was conducted on the effect of a moisturing cream containing Hibiscus syriacus extract.In this study,24 female volunteers aged from 25 to 40 years were selected based on the criteria.The products were applied to the face and forearms twice per day for 28 days continuously,and the items were tested on day 0,day 14 and day 28.The skin hydration,trans-epidermal water loss and corneocyte integrity were significantly improved on day 14 and day 28 compared to their first visits(P<0.05).On the forearms,the trans-epidermal water loss was measured on day 14 and day 28 after peeling 15 times by D-squame tape on each site,and the value was also noticeably decreased.It was suggested the skin barrier is remarkably strengthened,which is essential to realize the moisturing effect,and also proved the excellent efficacy of this product.Meanwhile,more than 80%volunteers were satisfied with overall quality of the product,including hydration,texture,tightness,ease to make up,etc.With clinical assessment,no redness,stinging and roughness were reported,and the safety of this product was also testified.
