秦山核电等备件管理创新实践

摘要
秦山第二核电厂(以下简称二厂)设备管理系统(简称CMS系统)上线以来,日常等备件工单的管理一直无法实现高效的双向信息传递,导致很多等备件工单在备件到货后一个月左右才能安排开工。2012年底,日常计划部门组织维修、运行、技术、采购等单位,详细分析了目前流程中存在的问题,讨论形成了一套依靠CMS工单系统的备件需求与到货进度的信息反馈体系,编制了《日常等备件工单管理流程》和等备件信息自动处理软件。并从2013年开始在秦二厂日常生产维修中应用此流程,经过2013年全年应用情况看,日常等备件工单的信息反馈时间缩短到5天以内,极大推动了等备件工单中设备缺陷和预防性维修实施的计划性、及时性,提升了机组的生产维修管理水平。
The second nuclear power station of qinshan equipment management system(CMS) was launched,daily wait spare parts such as work order management has been unable to achieve efficient two-way information transmission,causes a lot of spare parts and other spare parts order in about a month after the arrival of the goods can be arranged.At the end of 2012,daily maintenance planning department organization,operation,technology,procurement unit,a detailed analysis of the current problems existing in the process,formed a set of relying on CMS work order system of spare parts demand schedule information feedback system,with the arrival of the preparation of the daily spare parts such as work order management process and spare parts such as automatic information processing software.And since 2013 The second nuclear power station of qinshan daily production application of the process of maintenance,after a full year 2013 applications,such as daily work order spare parts information feedback within a shorter time to 5 days,greatly promoted the equipment defects in spare parts such as the repair order and planning on the implementation of preventive maintenance,timeliness,improve the maintenance management level of the unit production.
