制动盘的约束模态与自由模态对比分析

摘要
制动盘的结构模态特性是影响制动尖叫的最关键结构因素之一。本文提出了一种新的制动盘的结构模态规范化分类与描述方法;建立了某通风盘式制动器制动盘的有限元模型,并利用模态试验验证模型的正确性。通过细致对比制动盘约束模态和自由模态在模态频率和模态振型方面的不同,揭示了约束条件对制动盘的结构模态特性的影响机制。分析发现:帽部螺栓孔的位侈约束对制动盘的帽部振动模态和盘帽组合模态的影响很大,而对盘面振动模态的影响很小;施加约束会使模态频率增加,源于约束施加引起的等效刚度增加效应。
The modal characteristic of brake rotor is one of most important structural factors influencing the brake squeal.In this paper,a novel,canonical classification and description method of rotor mode shapes was presented.The finite element model of brake rotor of a ventilated disc brake was established,and its correctness was validated by modal test.The difference between the free and constrained modal characteristics was carefully investigated,to reveal the impact mechanism of constrained conditions on modal characteristics.It was found that,the three-dimensional displacement constrain of the bolt holes can greatly influence the hat-related modes,but has little impact on the disc-related only modes.And the constrained conditions may increase the modal frequencies as the equivalent stiffness increase due to structure constrain.
