稳压器人孔螺纹孔修复研究

摘要
稳压器属于核电厂的核一级设备,其安全与否对机组能否正常运行尤为重要。稳压器开关人孔是每次大修的关键路径,人孔以及螺纹孔的完整性将会影响大修的进度。在一回路水压试验前首次检查稳压器人孔时,发现2号螺纹孔螺纹损伤严重。综合考虑了各种修复方案,最终选择加螺纹衬套的方法。通过自行设计的工装配合便携式镗床和对损伤的螺纹孔进行扩孔,用特制的丝锥攻丝,并安装螺纹丝套的方法。最终螺纹尺寸、有效长度均满足设计要求,螺纹孔修复结果满意。该修复工作的成功为其他类似的工作提供了很好的指导和借鉴。
