摘要
稳压器属于核电厂的核一级设备,其安全与否对机组能否正常运行尤为重要。稳压器开关人孔是每次大修的关键路径,人孔以及螺纹孔的完整性将会影响大修的进度。在一回路水压试验前首次检查稳压器人孔时,发现2号螺纹孔螺纹损伤严重。综合考虑了各种修复方案,最终选择加螺纹衬套的方法。通过自行设计的工装配合便携式镗床和对损伤的螺纹孔进行扩孔,用特制的丝锥攻丝,并安装螺纹丝套的方法。最终螺纹尺寸、有效长度均满足设计要求,螺纹孔修复结果满意。该修复工作的成功为其他类似的工作提供了很好的指导和借鉴。
Pressurizer is category-I equipment in nuclear power plant,it is safe or not is particularly important on units can be up and running.Pressurizer switch the manhole was outage at a time of critical path,integrity of manhole and threaded holes will affect the progress of the outage.In front of a loop hydraulic test checks for the first time when pressurizer manhole and found 2nd threaded hole thread damage.Considering the various rehabilitation programmes,and ultimately Select the method for threaded bushing.Through the design of tooling with their own portable boring and reaming of damaged thread hole,with a special tap tapping,and install the threaded wire sets of methods.Thread size,the effective length shall meet the design requirements,repairing threaded hole with satisfactory results.The success of repair work to other similar work provides a good guide and reference.
