对六炉上料系统二次均压管道改造的探讨

摘要
高炉炉顶上料系统在向高炉炉内排料前,需向称量料罐内充入与炉顶压力相同的气体,用以平衡炉内压力后,再将下密封阀及下料闸先后打开后向炉内布料。通常向称量料罐内充入的气体为高炉回炉煤气,若回炉煤气均压阀出现故障时,则采用氮气进行二次均压。为了减少氮气使用量,降低高炉冶炼成本,对应高炉实际生产工艺及具体操作方法,提出了调整、改造均压管道的具体方法,取得了理想的效果,从而达到了通过技术改造,降低高炉冶炼成本的目的。
Blast furnace feeding system in blast furnace before discharge,need to weighing material tank filled with gas and the furnace top pressure is the same,to balance the furnace pressure,the lower sealing valve and the discharge gate has opened to the discharge in furnace.Usually to weighing material tank filled with gas is recycled blast furnace gas,if the recycled coal gas pressure equalizing valve failure,Nitrogen was used for the two time average pressure.In order to reduce the amount of nitrogen use and reduce the cost of blast furnace smelting,corresponding to the blast furnace actual production process and the specific methods of operation,puts forward concrete method of adjustment and reconstruction are pressure pipeline,achieved the desired results,so as to achieve through technical transformation,reduce the cost of blast furnace smelting.
