摘要
目的:研究MRI及CT对宫颈癌术前诊断的参考价值和临床意义研究。方法:选取我院宫颈癌患者120例,收取时间为2014年5月直至2015年6月期间,并将宫颈癌患者分为两组,对照组患者采用CT检查,观察组患者采用MRI检查。结果:观察组宫颈癌患者诊断正确率91.67%显著高于对照组患者诊断正确率71.67%,观察组宫颈癌患者漏诊率3.33%、误诊率5.00%显著低于对照组患者漏诊率11.67%、误诊率16.67%(P<0.05)。结论:将MRI及CT对宫颈癌术前诊断的结果相比,MRI检查方式不仅具有逐层扫描、多方位、多层次等成像特点,并且具有较高的准确率,不仅能有效提高诊断正确率,还能减少误诊、漏诊情况发生,具有重要的参考价值。
Objective: To study the MRI and CT of the reference value and significance of pre-operative diagnosis of cervical cancer research. Methods: 120 cases of cervical cancerpatients in our hospital, charging time for the May 2014 until June 2015 period, and cervical cancer patients were divided into two groups, the control group were treated with CT examination, observation group were treated with MRI. Results: The diagnostic accuracy rate of 91.67% of cervical cancer patients was significantly higher in patients with diagnostic accuracy rate of 71.67%, the rate of misdiagnosis of patients in the observation group cervical 3.33%, 5.00% misdiagnosis rate was significantly lower than the rate of misdiagnosis of patients in the control group 11.67%, misdiagnosis rate of 16.67%(P <0.05). Conclusion: The outcomings of the MRI and CT in the diagnosis of cervical surgery compared, MRI examination is not only wise scan mode, multi-faceted, multi-level imaging and other characteristics, and has a high accuracy rate, not only can improve the diagnostic accuracy, but also reduce the misdiagnosis happens, an important reference value.
