电动汽车驱动电机定子接线故障分析与检测

摘要
以一台故障电机为研究对象,通过测试和排查,初步确定了是电机定子线圈接线故障,并仿真分析了若干可能出现故障类型,计算结果特征与试验相符;其后,在电机定子绕组拆解修复工作中确认具体故障类型和发生缘由;最后,通过利用脉冲线圈测试仪比对检测件与标准件衰减波形特征,检测出接线故障的定子总成,避免类似接线故障再次发生。
For a failing motor,initially identified the failure is stator coil wiring fault through testing and troubleshooting.And a number of possible fault types were analyzed,the calculation results are consistent with the experimental features;Then confirm the specific fault type and cause of the occurs in the motor stator windings through dismantling and repair work;Finally,by using a pulse coil tester,contrast detection member and standard' s attenuation waveform feature,to avoid similar wiring fault occurs again.
