橄榄种质资源花序表型性状遗传多样性研究

摘要
本研究以农业部福州橄榄种质资源圃中90份橄榄种质资源为试材,对花序着生位置、花序类型、花序形状、花序长度、花序宽度、花序支轴紧密度、花序支轴数、花序主轴颜色、花序花朵数、花序支轴花朵数、花蕾颜色、花蕾直径、花瓣颜色、花瓣长度14个橄榄花序性状进行观测,运用DPS软件对其进行了遗传多样性、相关性和主成分分析。从花序描述性状看,花序类型、花序支轴紧密度、花序着生位置、花性等性状表现出较丰富的多样性。从花序数量性状看,花序花朵数的变异系数最大,其次为支轴花朵数,变异系数最小的是花蕾直径。橄榄雄花花序的多样性比雌花的丰富。相关性分析得出,花蕾直径与花瓣长度呈极显著正相关,与花序长度、花序支轴数、花序花朵数和花序支轴花朵数呈极显著负相关。利用主成分分析表明前5个主成分提供了原性状81.91%的信息。评价了橄榄花序表型性状的遗传多样性,并使橄榄花序类型等性状的描述更准确。
With 90 samples of Chinese olive germplasm resources from Fuzhou Nursery of Chinese Olive Germplasm Resources of Ministry of Agriculture as testing subjects,14 characters of the Chinese olive inflorescence-position where inflorescence grows on the branches,types of inflorescence,shape of inflorescence,length,width of inflorescence,number of peduncles,density of peduncles,color of inflorescence axis,number of flowers,number of flowers on peduncles,color of flower buds,size of flower buds,color of flower petals,length of flower petals-- are examined.With DPS software,genetic diversity,correlation and principal components of the inflorescence are analyzed.The results show that the characteristics of types of inflorescence,density of peduncles,position where inflorescence grows and sex ratio are rich and that variation coefficient of flower number is the largest,followed by peduncle number and size of flower buds in sequence and that male germplasm inflorescence has more diversities than female germplasm inflorescence.The correlation analysis shows that size of analysis shows that size of flower buds is significantly positively related to length of flower petals,but significantly negatively correlated to inflorescence length,number of peduncles,number of flowers and number of flowers on peduncles.Principal component analysis shows that the first 5 principal components provide 81.91%of information of the inflorescence characteristics.the inflorescence phenotypic characteristics of Chinese olive germplasm resources are rich,which makes description of types of the inflorescence characteristics more accurate.
