IN718合金快锻细晶大规格棒材的组织与性能

摘要
介绍了宝钢特钢IN718合金快锻VIM+PESR+VAR三联冶炼钢锭试制的细晶大规格棒材的组织与性能。研究结果表明:采用宝钢特钢公司开发的新型长材锻造工艺,合理控制热加工过程中的温度和变形量,最终获得了中心、R/2和近表面的平均晶粒度为6~7级的细晶组织,δ相主要成短棒状在晶界析出。棒材具有良好的组织和力学性能,能达到民航涡轮盘用棒坯高强度、高塑性和高持久性能的特殊要求。
In this paper,the microstructure and properties of large-sized fine grain IN718 alloy bars forged by hydraulic press are introduced which were melted by VIM + PESR + VAR processes in Baosteel special steel Co.,Ltd.The results show that:the average grain size of the bars were ASTM 6-7 at the center,R/2 region and near the edge,and short rod like 8 phases were mainly precipitated along the grain boundary by controlling the forging temperature and the amount of deformation.The mechanical properties of the bars can meet the special requirements of aviation turbine disk with high tensile and stress rupture properties.
