我国钨矿资源特点及选矿工艺研究进展

摘要
本文介绍了我国钨矿资源特点及选矿工艺研究进展。我国钨矿矿床类型复杂多样,以白钨矿和黑白钨共生矿为主,多为细粒嵌布型,富矿少,品位低,矿物共生密切,组成复杂,选矿难度大。针对不同类型的难选钨矿,在新型高效选矿药剂及选矿设备开发利用基础上,研究开发出"黑白钨矿物分流分速异步选矿"、"黑白钨矿粗细分流同步选别"、"白钨矿捕收剂强化再吸附—三碱选择性解吸脱药直接精选"、"钨细泥浓缩—常温浮选—重选"等多项新技术,形成了成套的复杂难处理钨矿高效分离关键技术。
UThis paper introduces the characteristics and research advances of mineral processing technologies of Chinese tungsten resources. The tungsten ore deposit types of China are complex and diverse, mainly with scheelite and wolframite-scheelite mixed ore. The separation of those types of ore are difficult because of their fine dissemination, less rich, low grade, mineral intergrowth and complex composition. According to the different types of refractory tungsten and on the basis of new high efficiency flotation reagent and mineral processing equipment, a number of new tungsten processing technologies like " Asynchronous processing on different floatability and floating rate of wolframite and scheelite ", "Wolframite-scheelite ore separated synchronously by size shunt ", " Scheelite collector consolidation and resorption-direct concentrate after three kinds of alkali selective desorption and reagent removal", " tungsten slime concentration-flotation in normal temperature-gravity separation" have been developed, forming a set of complex refractory tungsten ore efficient separation key technologies.
