7H15型汽车空调压缩机振动噪声试验研究

摘要
压缩机是汽车空调系统振动噪声的主要激励源,直接影响汽车车内的NVH指标。为了研究和探讨某型摆盘式定排量汽车空调压缩机噪声过大的问题,采用了在半消声室中对压缩机进行噪声和振动信号采集的试验,通过压缩机的内部机构的动力学分析和采集数据的振动、噪声信号频谱分析,发现异常振动是由Gleason弧形齿轮导致。通过试验验证齿轮的缺口、磨损是压缩机噪声的主要原因,更换的齿轮噪声值下降了0.6~3.9d B。最后基于心理学客观评价参数,分析了改进前后压缩机声品质特性。
Compressor is the main vibration and noise source of the car air conditioning system, it directly affects the vehicle interior harshness(NVH) index. In order to research and discuss the problem that a certain type of vehicle air condition compressor with wobble-plate fixed displacement noise is too high, adopted experiment of gathering the noise and vibration data in a semi-anechoic room, through the dynamics analysis of compressor internal institutions and spectrum analysis of noise and vibration signal, found the unusual vibration was caused by the Gleason Arc gear. Through the experiment verified the gear damage、wear is the main reason for the compressor noise, new gear make noise value fell by 0.6 ~ 3.9 d B.The final objective evaluation parameters based on psychology, analyzes the characteristics of compressed sound quality before and after improvement.
