生物增效剂在炼化废水生化曝气处理工艺的应用

摘要
炼油化工企业的废水具有排水量大、污染有机物种类多、难降解、有毒害等特点,常规的活性污泥生化处理方法应用时问题较多,处理效果不佳,处理后水质很难满足现有中水回用的回用指标要求,对炼油吨水单耗指标考核产生巨大影响。对于具有10套独立曝气生化系统,针对其原有污泥存留不住以及存留时间短的问题,采用生物增效技术,选择一套同时与不采用生物增效技术的另一套曝气系统对比,试验对炼油化工废水的处理效果。通过对进出水CODCr、SV30、MLSS等指标的测试结果和污泥镜检分析,结果表明,所投加生物增效菌种,可以增加生物多样性、生物量和改善污泥活性,有效提高有机污染物降解率36.2%,维持较长时间稳定的污泥浓度MLSS在2000~4000mg/L,同时增强系统抗污染负荷能力,探讨了曝气生化系统的溶解氧2~4mg/L为适宜的控制水平。
Refinery plant has the characters of large volume sewage, too many contaminated organics categories, difficult to degrade, toxic etc, and so there appears many problems when the routine activated sludge biochemistry process is used, leads to low treatment efficiency and the water quality can not met the reuse needs, seriously influences the refinery water consumption for oil per ton production. For a set of 10 separated biochemical aeration system, aimed at its historical problems of sludge running off and short retention time,application of bio-augmentation product to one of the selected biochemical aeration unit by comparison to another selected unit not use this product, make the experiment of bio-augmentation to refinery waste water treatment. By test results of CODcr, SV30,MLSS and microscopy check of the intake and the output water, indicated that the contaminated organics degradation rate is increased 36.2%,long time and stable MLSS of 2000~4000mg.L-1 can be maintained,capacity of resisting impact load is improved,the suitable 2~4mg.L-1 dissolved oxygen concentration of biochemical aeration tank for operation also be discussed.
