摘要
我国建筑行业的高速发展,为施工项目带来了严峻的考验,模板工程占混凝土结构施工造价的20%~30%,占工程用工量的30%~40%,占工期的50%,传统的木模板施工不仅浪费施工材料,还对环境造成污染。提出了新型建筑塑料模板和早拆体系相结合,采用"梁梁早拆技术"在无梁板施工的运用,达到项目综合成本下降的目的。
The rapid development of China's construction industry,brings a severe test for the construction project.The construction cost for formwork engineering accounts for 20%~30%of concrete structure engineering,and 30%~40%of the amount of labor,accounting for 50%of the time,the traditional wooden formwork construction is not only a waste of construction materials,but also cause pollution to the environment.This paper puts forward the combination of the new building plastic formwork and the early dismantling system,and uses the beam-beam early dismantling technology in the construction of the slab without beam to achieve the purpose of the comprehensive cost of the project.
