摘要
塑料背门是汽车轻量化技术发展趋势之一,本文阐述了塑料背门的优缺点,介绍了塑料背门应用现状及技术发展趋势。通过对现有量产塑料背门结构进行分析,提出了塑料背门结构设计要点,为中国品牌汽车开发量产的塑料背门提供参考。
Plastic back door is one of the development trend of automobile light weight technology.The advantages and disadvantages of plastic back door were elaborated,and application status and technology development trend of plastic back door were researched.The structure design points are put forward based on the study of the production of plastic back door structure,which formed the technical reserves for the Chinese brand automobile production application plastic back door.
