摘要
目的:观察临床护理路径在恶性肿瘤患者疼痛护理中的临床应用效果。方法:选取从2014年11月到2015年11月我院肿瘤科收治的恶性肿瘤晚期患者共102例,利用随机数字法将患者平均分为观察组和对照组,两组各纳入患者51例,针对患者的肿瘤类型进行临床治疗,对照组患者给予常规恶心肿瘤晚期患者疼痛护理,观察组患者给予临床护理路径进行疼痛护理,比较两组患者护理满意度及患者生活质量及心理状态。结果:①观察组患者疼痛控制满意度为100%,对照组患者对疼痛控制的满意度为80.4%,两组间差异有统计学意义;②观察组患者情绪良好的患者百分率为62.7%,显著高于对照组的31.4%,而情绪较低和情绪恶劣患者百分率分别为9.8%、3.9%,显著低于对照组的29.4%、17.6%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于恶性肿瘤患者进行临床护理路径进行疼痛护理,可以明显增加患者对疼痛控制的满意度,显著改善患者的生活质量及心理状态,临床值得推广。
Objective:to observe the clinical nursing pathway in patients with malignant tumor pain care in the clinical application effect.Methods:select from November 2014 to November 2014 department of oncology were a total of 102 patients with late malignant tumor,using the method of random Numbers to patients were divided into observation group and control group on average,two groups of 51 patients with all in,clinical treatment for patients with tumor type,the control group with conventional cancer terminal patients pain nursing,observation group of patients for clinical nursing path for pain nursing,nursing satisfaction and compare two groups of patients quality of life and psychological state.Results:(1) to observe the patients pain control degree of satisfaction was 100%,control group patients for pain control satisfaction was 80.4%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(2) the observation group of patients mood good percentage of patients was 62.7%,significantly higher than that of control group 31.4%,and the emotion and mood in patients with severe lower percentage were 9.8%,3.9%,significantly lower than the control group were 29.4%,17.6%,differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:for patients with malignant tumor for clinical nursing path for pain nursing,can obviously increase patients satisfaction for pain control,significantly improve the patient s quality of life and mental state,clinical worth extending.
