基于传递路径分析的某火箭发动机多源载荷振动研究

摘要
为了研究某火箭二级发动机的多源载荷振动贡献问题,引入了基于传递路径分析方法(TPA)的贡献量分析技术。测量各振动传递路径的频率响应函数、载荷计算参考点和目标点的振动加速度响应,然后进行传递路径分析。进行了火箭发动机试验,验证了上述方法的准确性。结果显示加速度响应计算值与测量值误差很小,只有2.28%,满足工程实际要求。
In order to obtain vibration contribution of multi-loads on the rocket engine,the transfer path analysis(TPA) was introduced. By measuring the frequency response function(FRF) of each vibration transfer path,the vibration acceleration of indicator points and target points,and estimating the exciting forces,the TPA was performed. An experiment of rocket engine was conducted to verify the accuracy of proposed method. The results show the vibration level error of response acceleration between calculation and test values is very small(2.28%) and meets the practical engineering requirements.
