基于声辐射模态理论的某复杂口盖降噪研究

摘要
基于频率响应计算结果,提取了某复杂口盖结构表面法向振动速度,利用声辐射模态理论计算了结构的声辐射功率,与LMS Virtual.Lab声辐射功率计算结果的一致性表明,声辐射模态理论可用于计算复杂结构的声辐射功率。通过分析结构声辐射功率与前4阶声辐射模态之间的关系可知,口盖结构的声辐射功率由第1阶声辐射模态起主导作用。在分析了声辐射模态与结构振动模态关系的基础上,提出增加第1、4、5阶振动模态阻尼的方法来降低口盖的声辐射功率。仿真结果对比显示,该方法有效地降低了口盖的声辐射功率。
The normal vibration velocity of the cap is extracted based on the result of frequency response.The theory of acoustic radiation modes is used to calculate the acoustic radiation power of the structure, and result is in good agreement with that calculated with LMS Virtual.Lab, proving that the theory of acoustic radiation modes can be used to calculate the acoustic power of complex structure.The relationship between acoustic radiation power and the first four acoustic radiation modes are analyzed, showing that the first acoustic radiation mode plays a leading role in the acoustic radiation power of the cap.On the basis of analyzing the relationship between acoustic radiation modes and the structural modes, the method of increasing the modal damping of the first, fourth and fifth order vibration modes is proposed to reduce the acoustic radiation power of the cap.Simulation result shows that this method can reduce the sound radiation power of the cap effectively.
