一维配位聚合物[Pb_3I_(10)Cu_2(phen)_4]_n的合成、结构与性质研究

摘要
基于Ⅳ-Ⅶ族化合物半导体为骨架的无机-有机杂化半导体材料具有丰富的光电性能,如光致发光、电致发光、光致变色、热致变色、非线性光学性能等而引起大家的广泛关注~([1,2])。本文采用水热法,以邻菲罗啉(phen)为有机配体,引入Cu~(2+)离子,成功合成了一维配位聚合物[Pb_3I_(10)Cu_2(phen)_4]_n。利用X-射线单晶衍射、红外光谱和热重等分析测试手段对所合成化合物的晶体结构及热稳定性进行了研究。在化合物中,[Pb(1)I_6]与[CuI(phen)_2]连接形成[Pb(1)I_6Cu(phen)_2],两个[Pb(1)I_6Cu(phen)_2]通过共边连接形成[Pb_2I_(10)Cu_2(phen)_4],[Pb_2I_(10)Cu_2(phen)_4]与[Pb(2)I_6]交替通过共面连接形成一维链状的[Pb_3I_(10)Cu_2(phen)_4]_n,链和链之间通过π…π堆积作用形成二维超分子结构。本文还研究了此化合物的半导体、荧光和磁性质。
Under hydrothermal condition and using phen as organic ligand,Cu~(2+) was introduced into the Pb/I framework to obtain a 1D coordination polymer[Pb_3I_(10)Cu_2(phen)_4]_n.The crystal structure and thermal stability of this compound was characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction,IR spectroscopy and TG analysis.In this compound,[Pb(1)I_6]joins[CuI(phen)_2]to form[Pb(1)I_6Cu(phen)_2].Two[Pb(1)I_6Cu(phen)_2]connect by common edge to get[Pb_2I_(10)Cu_2(phen)_4],which further alternately links with[Pb(2)I_6]through sharing faces to give rise to 1D chain-like[Pb_3I_(10)Cu_2(phen)_4]_n.Adjacent chains assemble by π…π stacking interactions to produce a 2D supermolecular structure.The semiconductive,fluorescent and magnetic properties were also investigated.
