介孔硅纳米颗粒交联的毛细管杂化整体柱的制备

摘要
有机-无机杂化整体柱因其制备过程简单和功能化方便等特点被广泛用于分离科学领域。除了发展新型功能化整体柱外,改善整体柱的形貌、机械强度和pH稳定性对色谱分离也具有重要的研究意义。纳米材料因其独特的物理化学性能,为进一步改善整体柱的形貌、稳定性和色谱分离性能提供了可能。文中以介孔硅纳米颗粒(MSN)为交联剂,制备了介孔硅纳米颗粒交联的C18(MSN-C18)杂化整体柱。该整体柱不仅具有均一的形貌和高稳定性,而且分离烷基苯的最高理论塔板数可以达到95000 m~(-1),对牛血清蛋白酶解液分析的序列覆盖度高达87.5%。
Due to the properties of easy preparation and functionalization,organic-inorganic hybrid monolithic columns have been widely applied in separation science.Improvement of morphology and stability of hybrid monoliths is as important as development of new functional hybrid monoliths.It is potential to use nanomaterials to prepare hybrid monoliths with uniform structure,elevated stability and separation performance because of their unique physical and chemical properties.Herein,we successfully prepare a mesoporous silica nanoparticle crosslinked C18(MSN-C18) hybrid monolith with MSN as crosslinker.The maximum theoretical plate number for separation of alkylbenzenes and protein sequence coverage for analysis of BSA tryptic digests on the MSN-C18 hybrid monolith with improved morphology and stability reached 95000 m~(-1) and 87.5%,respectively.
