应用水力优化分析对水泵机组减振研究

摘要
对某船用水泵机组进行振动测试,通过机组的特征频谱分析,找出其可能对应的影响因素。通过水泵机组模态测试出的参数结果分析,自身结构及安装基础不是引起该特征谱线的主要原因。再应用流场分析方法对水泵机组的水力模型进行有限元仿真分析,包括吸水室流道、叶轮流道和压水室流道,找出影响振动的流体激励因素。最后根据流场分析的结论,改进优化了水泵机组的叶轮水力模型,消除了水流速度线漩涡现象。成功地应用水力优化技术抑制了振动谱系中特征峰值的幅值,有效地降低了水泵机组低频振动值。
Vibration testing of the overall machine was carried out to get the problems corresponding to frequency response function potentially. Subsequently, the modal test was operated to find the parameters of dynamic structural characteristics for the water pump unit. This method was used to confirm that the structure and installation problem have nothing to do with the peak spectrum of frequency response function. Including suction chamber channel, impeller channel and pumping chamber channel, the water pump unit was calculated by the method of flow analysis to find the exact flow reason corresponding to the transmission function. Finally, on the basis of the results of flow analysis, the geometry size of hydraulic model was optimized and improved. After that,the phenomenon of vortex in impeller channel was disappeared. The peak spectrum of response function was controlled successfully. These methods could decrease the vibration of water pump unit in low frequency area.
