摘要
本文采用UG建立了失效的半开式叶轮循环对称模型,利用ANSYS Workbench对其进行了振动模态分析,获得了叶轮的各阶振动频率及振型。对于半开式叶轮,使用循环对称模型计算结果可以自动识别振型节径数目,便于分析实际问题。分析结果表明:有限元分析的振型与叶轮失效形式吻合较好,为改进方案提供了有力支持。
The half open impeller cyclic symmetry model out of operation is established using UG in this paper. ANSYS Workbench is adopted to conduct the vibration modal analysis and obtain the vibration frequency and mode of various orders. For the half open impeller, the results using the cyclic symmetry model can recognize the number of modal pitch diameter to facilitate analysis of practical problems. The results indicate, the vibration mode by finite element analysis coincide well with impeller failure forms which offer important support for improving the project.
