滑菇菌渣发酵菌肥的菌种选育及其发酵特性研究

摘要
为了将栽培滑菇后的剩余废料充分利用,避免资源的浪费,本研究利用栽培滑菇后的菌糠做基质,发酵生物有机肥。先将菌糠自然堆肥发酵分离纯化出有益于菌肥发酵的微生物,再将其回接到滑菇菌糠中进行发特性研究,同时用发酵助剂组和自然发酵组作对照,比较发酵效果和微生物对菌糠的利用效果,并测定发酵前后基质中氮、磷、钾、有机质和水分的含量以及pH值的变化。根据国标中对有机肥的规定标准,判断以上三种发酵方式发酵出的有机肥是否合格。实验结果表明,分离菌剂发酵后的菌糠中有机质含量达38.00%;氮含量为2.30%;磷含量为1.45%;钾含量为2.70%;pH稳定在8.0左右,证明分离的菌剂发酵后的有机肥符合国标标准,并且发酵效果明显优于自然发酵。
In order to make full use of the remaining waste after mushroom cultivation slip to avoid waste of resources,Pholiola nameko residue was used as fermentation substrate to making bio-organic fertilizer in this experiment.The beneficial fermenting microorganisms were isolated and purified from the Pholiota nameko residue natural compost fermentation fertilizer at first,and then the microorganisms were slided back Pholiota nameko residue to research the fermentation characteristics,and the fermentation additive group and the natural fermentation group as controlcompared of the fermentation performance and the microorganisms utilizationPholiota nameko residuefermentation effect,and measured before and after fermentation matrix in nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,organic matter and moisture content and pH value changes.According to the national standard prescribed standards for organic fertilizer,it was determined that the above three fermentation organic fertilizer were qualified.Experimental results showed that Pholiota nameko residue agents after fermentation of organic matter content was 38.00%,nitrogen content was 2.30%,phosphorus content was 1.45%,potassium content was 2.70%,pH was stable at around 8.0.So the organic fertilizer after the separation bacteria fermentation was proved that accords with the national standard,and the fermentationeffect was better than that of the natural fermentation.
