摘要
丙烯酸甲酯是一种重要的化工原料和溶剂广泛应用于各行各业[1]。同时,作为一种挥发性有机化合物,严重影响生态环境和人类健康[2]。本研究构造了一个三段式生物滴滤池并接种了活性污泥,用来处理丙烯酸甲酯废气。实验结果表明,在一定条件下,丙烯酸甲酯的去除率可达100%。固定浓度实验表明,生物滴滤池整体去除能力为8.39 g/m3·h,生物滴滤池的第一层对丙烯酸甲酯废气最大能力最大为5.98 g/m3·h。
Methyl acrylate is a widely used raw chemical material and it is toxic in humans.In order to treat methyl acrylate waste gas,a three-layer BTF packed with ceramic particles and immobilized with activated sludge was set up.The results shows that in the condition of low inlet concentration,the removal efficiency can be 100%.The result of fixed inlet concentration environment indicates the total elimination capacity of the BTF was 8.39 g/m3·h,the 1st layer of the BTF performed the best EC of 5.98 g/m3·h in the treatment of methyl acrylate.
