基于电磁阀式阻尼连续可调减振器的半主动悬架试验研究

摘要
研制了一种电磁阀式阻尼连续可调减振器,并在此基础上进行了半主动悬架整车试验研究。阐明了系统结构和工作原理,通过台架试验测试了电磁阀的外特性和减振器阻尼力在不同电流下的速度特性,并开展了实车道路试验。试验结果表明:该电磁阀式减振器可以较好地实现阻尼力的调节,且对整车行驶平顺性、操纵稳定性的提高具有积极作用。
A vehicular solenoid-actuated continuously variable shock absorber(SSA) was developed,then road tests of the vehicle equipped with semi-active suspension were carried out.Firstly,system structure and the working principle of SSA were described,the external characteristic of solenoid valve was tested by test bench,the velocity characteristics with different currents were also obtained by bench test,road tests were carried out,the results showed that the SSA can achieve good adjustment of damping force,and contribute to the improvement of vehicle ride comfort and handling stability.
