摘要
体育专业人才是推动我国体育事业科学发展的第一资源。2008年北京奥运会后实施人才强体战略,体育专业人才发展取得显著成效;同时必须清醒地看到,我国体育专业人才发展水平与体育事业、产业的发展需求仍有差距。本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法分析探讨了供给侧环境下我国体育教育专业、社会体育专业、运动训练专业培养现状;结果表明,各类体育专业人才发展不均衡,体育专业人才的培养与市场需求不相适应等;并对各专业提出了具体可行的措施:在供给侧环境的作用下,体育专业人才专业培养都应该以满足市场需求为前提,改革现行的招生方式和术科教学方式、及时修订各体育专业培养目标指导纲要等;本研究结果对我国侧供给环境下体育专业人才的合理发展提出了更好地要求,对高等体育院校的体育专业人才培养方案改革提出了更好地要求。
sports professional talent is the first resource to promote the scientific development of sports in china. After 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the implementation of the talent strategy, sports professional development achieved remarkable results; at the same time, we must clearly see that the level of demand and development of sports undertakings, China's professional sports industry development is still a gap. Through literature, logical analysis on supply side environment of China's physical education, social sports, sports training professional training status; the results show that the talents of all kinds of professional sports development is not balanced, and the cultivation of sports talent market demand does not adapt etc;And the specific and feasible measures are put forward for the professional: on the supplyside of the role of the environment, sports talents training should be to meet the market demand for the premise, to reform the current enrollment and teaching mode, the professional sports training objectives timely revised guidelines and so on; the results of this study presents better reasonable development of sports talents in China under the environment of the supply side, the better the requirement for reform on Cultivation of sports college sports talents is put forward.
