摘要

精准扶贫不仅是实现贫困地区贫困人口的精准脱贫,更主要的是精准探寻贫困地区绿色、可持续发展的长远之路。本文以曲靖市麒麟区茨营镇为范本,阐述云南贫困山区牢牢守住生态底线,积极走出去、引进来,合理引导生态资源整合,结合当地特色发展绿色经济、实现精准扶贫的探索发展之路。
precise poverty is not only to achieve the precise poverty population in poor areas,more important is to explore the precise poverty area of green and sustainable development of long-term growth.In this paper,taking Ciying Town of Qilin Distric of Qujing City as a case,mainly explores the way of poverty-stricken mountain area of Yunnan hold the ecological bottom line,to actively go out,to guide rational ecological resources integration,to develop green economy with local characteristics.
