摘要

松茯苓为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf的菌核,具渗湿利水、健脾和胃、宁心安神等功效,古称"四时神药"。笔者挂钩扶贫砚山布崩农民专业合作社,从华东食用菌研究所引进"川杰一号"菌株,在砚山县明德牛场、者腊龙路、小花箐自然林下,创新试验"播种培养菌丝+菌引定位培育商品菌块"二次接种技术,以风损林及间伐枯松树桩为栽培基质,1亩林地产出茯苓200公斤,价值达2000余元。经育种试种,该技术成熟可靠,可助力山区精准扶贫。
Song Fuling,the bacterial nucleus of Poria cocos,has the effect of clearing dampness,alleviating water retention,strengthening spleen and stomach,and tranquilizing minds and heart,so called as "four seasons divine medicine".Based on the breeding experiment,the technology was proved to be mature and reliable and can help the mountainous region with targeted poverty alleviation.The author helped Yanshan Buben Farmers Professional Cooperatives for poverty alleviation by introducing Chuanjie Number One strain from East China Edible Fungus Institute."Seeding mycelium + bacteria cultivation lead positioning commodity block" two inoculation technique innovation experiments were taken in Yanshan Mingde County Cattle farm,Zhelalong Road,Xiaohuaqing Natural Forest,and he wind damage and dry pine forest thinning stumps were used as cultivation substrate.1 acres of woodland produced Song Fuling 200 kilogram,which worth more than 2000 yuan.
