CFRP旋刨刀具钻孔的优化仿真和实验研究

摘要
CFRP是典型的难加工材料,特别是对于钻削大直径d≥8mm的孔。研究设计一种新型钻削CFRP的旋刨刀具,首先基于Hashin失效准则,利用ABAQUS有限元软件explicit子模块模拟CFRP三维钻削,通过改变刀具的前角得到小于或者等于20°时,轴向力达到最小;然后根据仿真结果,选取小于或者等于20°前角的刀具进行实验研究。通过测量轴向力,检测刀具的磨损和复合材料钻孔的加工质量来判断比较,确定选用刀具的前角为15°。
CFRP is a typical difficult to machine material,especially for drilling holes with large diameter d≥8mm.The paper researches and designs a new type of drilling CFRP rotary cutting tool.First,based on the Hashin failure criterion,CFRP simulation of three-dimensional drilling using ABAQUS finite element software of explicit module,when the rake angle of the cutter is changed to be less than or equal to 20 degree,the axial force can reach the minimum.Then according to the simulation results,experimental study of tool selection front angle is less than or equal to 20 degrees,by measuring the axial force,testing tool wear and the processing quality of composite drilling tool to judge the comparison,determines the choice of cutting tool rake angle is 15 degrees.
