基于在线ECMS的混合动力公交车能量管理策略优化与HIL仿真

摘要
以能耗最小为目标,对插电式串联混合动力城市公交车能量管理策略进行优化,实现了电池与发动机功率间的最佳分配。同时,采用模糊控制理论引入分配控制参数,对电池功率分配进行进一步的优化控制,在考虑电池温度对系统影响的同时简化了电池SOC的估算,从功率分配上达到动力电池健康管理和延长寿命的目的。采用Matlab/Simulink平台搭建整车动力学模型,AMESim平台构建电池模型,利用D2P快速原型控制器和NI实时仿真机进行了电池和整车控制器的硬件在环试验。结果验证了优化算法的有效性和实时性,为串联式混合动力公交车整车优化控制提供了参考。
With minimizing energy consumption as objective,the energy management strategy for a plug-in serial hybrid electric bus(HEB) is optimized to realize the optimal power split between battery and engine.Meanwhile by applying the theory of fuzzy control,a control parameter for power split is introduced to further conduct optimal control on the power split for battery.While considering the effects of battery temperature on system functioning,the estimation of battery SOC is simplified,and the goal of power battery health management and service life extension is achieved by power split.A vehicle dynamics model and battery model are set up with the platforms of Matlab/Simulink and AMESim respectively and a hardware- in- the- loop testing is performed on the controllers for vehicle and battery by utilizing D2 P rapid prototype controller and NI real- time simulator.The results validate the effectiveness and real- time performance of the optimization algorithm used,providing references for optimal control of serial HEB.
