纳米二氧化钛涂层沥青路面降解汽车尾气实际使用效果研究

摘要
为掌握纳米TiO_2涂层降解NO实际使用效果,建立了一套尾气降解效果室内评价方法,通过降解试验研究了载体粘结剂、分散方案、纳米TiO_2掺量及磨耗作用对涂层NO降解效果的影响,并采用摆值和构造深度试验对涂层抗滑性能进行了研究。发现纳米TiO_2颗粒能有效加速NO的降解,但载体粘结剂中基料成分对其降解效果有不利影响;涂层制备时采用合理的剪切速率、剪切时间及纳米TiO_2掺量能改善其NO降解效果;纳米TiO_2涂层对沥青路面抗滑性能有不利影响,但添加金刚砂能使其恢复至初始水平,且对其NO降解效果影响不大;纳米TiO_2涂层NO降解的使用耐久性较好,但抗滑耐久性较差。
In order to master the practical degradation character of nano-TiO_2 coating on NO of automobile exhaust,an evaluation method was established,and the effect of carrier adhesive,dispersing method,content of nano-TiO_2 and abrasion of traffic was studied on the degradation efficiency of NO.The results show that nano-TiO_2 can effectively accelerate the degradation efficiency of NO,however,the base composition of carrier adhesive has an adverse effect on the degradation.Using reasonable shear rate,shear time and the content of nano-TiO_2 can improve the degradation efficiency of NO.Nano-TiO_2 coating has an adverse effect on the antislide performance of asphalt pavement,but add emery can make it back to its initial level,and it has little effect on the degradation efficiency of NO.Nano-TiO_2 coating has better durability on the degradation of NO,however its durability on anti-slide performance is poor.
