ZJ112卷接机水松纸片收集系统的改进设计

摘要
为解决水松纸预切过程中被剔除水松纸片无法完全被吸除导致的综合鼓轮堵塞停机等问题,对原有剔除水松纸片收集系统进行了改进。选用与原有水松纸片吸除管道直径相匹配的漩涡风机取代原有的空气放大器作为吸风动力源,避免水松纸片在空气放大器内孔堵塞;改进废弃水松纸片收集箱,对箱体表面圆孔进行密封处理,并在箱体右侧开设与入口管道同等内径的圆孔并安装过滤网;在收集斗背部增设压缩空气管,并在收集斗前端端盖开设均布风孔,实现水松纸片的吹入收集斗回流腔。应用效果表明,改进后的收集系统能将废弃水松纸片完全吸除,减少了因综合鼓轮堵塞引起的停机次数,改进后的水松纸片收集系统使用效果良好。
To solve the problem of cigarette tipping paper cannot be excluded completely during the pre-cut section that caused integrated drum jam, the original tipping paper collection system has been designed in following improvements.1)Selecting the whirlpool fan that the diameter match the original suction pipe to replace air amplifier as the air suction power resource to avoid the jam of tipping paper. 2)Sealing the hole on the surface,opening a hole as the same diameter as the inter pipe and install a filter net to improve the collecting box of wasted tipping paper. 3)Install a compressed air pipe on the back and opening a group of hole in front of the collection bucket to enable tipping paper's blown off. Application shows the improved collection system can suck in the tipping paper completely, average equipment operating efficiency increased 5.57%, reducing the downtime caused by blockage of integrated drum, effect of reducing consume is obviously.
