铝模板与承插架结合解决非标准层应用问题

摘要
目前铝合金模板作为一种新型模板体系正在逐渐推广,铝合金模板具有施工速度快、混凝土平整光洁等特点,施工过程中能显著减少工人对机械依赖程度,节约材料,施工效率高。但是由于铝合金模板采用专用早拆支撑体系,标准化程度高,如遇到非标准层,无法直接使用,本公司在实践中将铝合金模板与承插式支撑架结合起来,使铝合金模板能够应用到非标准层施工中,同时扩大铝合金模板的使用范围,形成了一种铝合金模板施工新技术。
Nowadys aluminum alloy formwork is in gradually promotion.As a new formwork system,aluminum alloy formwork can provide fast speed of construction,and at the same time,the concrete which use aluminum alloy formwork looks smoothy.On the other side,using aluminum alloy formwork,the construction process can significantly reduce workers and mechanical,material.But due to the aluminum alloy formwork using special early dismantling supporting system,it has a high degree of standardization.When the structure forms change,aluminum alloy formwork can not be directly used.The Third Construction Co.,ltd.of China.Construction First Group combined the aluminum alloy formwork with socket type support frame and effectively expand the application of aluminum alloy formwork,which formed a kind of aluminum alloy formwork construction technology as well.
