家禽肠道健康营养调控研究进展

摘要
家禽肠道健康主要反映为高效的营养物质消化吸收功能和完善的肠道黏膜免疫和屏障功能,涉及肠道消化吸收、肠道黏膜组织形态、微生物区系组成及肠道免疫功能状态等诸多方面。营养改善家禽肠道健康是保障家禽健康、促进家禽高效和优质养殖、实现无抗养殖的重要基础。本文综述了近几年家禽肠道健康营养调控的研究现状,着重阐述饲粮养分与肠道消化酶活性、肠道组织形态、肠道微生物区系和免疫稳态等的相互关系,并初步探讨了营养素通过改变表观遗传修饰进而调控家禽肠道健康的可能性,为进一步挖掘营养素调控家禽肠道健康的新方法提供参考。
