TBM隧道施工对围岩扰动的现场测试研究

摘要
围岩松动圈的测定对分析围岩稳定性和确定支护参数具有重要意义。文章以现场超声波测试为基础,分析了不同岩性及不同破碎程度下围岩弹性波速。通过测得的弹性波速得出了TBM施工对变质砂岩、角斑岩、花岗岩的扰动范围,将扰动范围与围岩完整性系数对比,得出了不同破碎程度的围岩松动圈。该结论可以为TBM设计、施工提供相应的借鉴。
It plays a very important role in analyzing the stability of surrounding rock and ensuring the supporting parameters to measure the loose zone of surrounding rock.Based on the field ultrasonic testing,this research analyzed the elastic wave velocity of surrounding rock under different lithology and different degree of fragmentation.From the elastic wave velocity we have measured,we can come to the disturbance range of TBM construction to the metamorphic sandstone,angle porphyry and granite.Disturbance range compared with integrity coefficient of surrounding rock,it is concluded that the different levels of broken surrounding rock loose circle.And this conclusion can provide reference for the design and construction of TBM.
