长距离大坡度单护盾TBM隧道姿态控制技术研究

摘要
本文以重庆轨道交通5号线大竹林停车场~重光站段区间为依托工程,通过对现场掘进参数的统计分析,分析在不同曲线段(竖向曲线和水平曲线)的油缸油压,总结现场的施工经验,获得单护盾TBM在长距离大坡度施工中的姿态控制技术。
Based on the Da zhu lin parking station-Chong guang station of Chong qing rail transit line 5,it conducts statistics and analysis of tunneling parameters,and analyzes the pressure of the hydraulic oil cylinder in different curve sections(vertical curve and horizontal curve) to summarize the construction experience and obtain the attitude control technology of single shield TBM tunnel with the long and large gradient.
