小剂量胰岛素结合急救处理在糖尿病酮症酸中毒的急救分析

摘要
目的:分析小剂量胰岛素结合急救处理在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的急救效果。方法:从我院2013年4月-2016年2月收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中挑选60例,按随机抽样分组后实施不同疗法:常规胰岛素、急救处理疗法对照组,小剂量胰岛素、急救处理疗法研究组,评定急救效果。结果:对照组出现9例并发症,研究组出现3例并发症,两组并发症统计有区别,P<0.05;两组患者的血糖恢复、酸中毒纠正和尿酮体消退时间统计有区别,P<0.05。结论:临床给予糖尿病酮症酸中毒小剂量胰岛素结合急救处理疗法作用突出,可预防并发症,加快病症消退速度,增强效果,值得借鉴。
Objective: To explore the treatment combined with small dose of insulin in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis in emergency treatment. Methods: From our hospital in April 2013 to 2016 February treated diabetic ketoacidosis patients selected 60 cases, the implementation of different therapy according to the random sampling and grouping: regular insulin, first aid treatment therapyin the control group, small dose of insulin, first aid treatment therapy study group, to evaluate effect of the emergency treatment. Results:In the control group, there were 9 cases of complications, 3 cases with complications in the study group, complications of the two groups were statistically differentiated(P < 0.05). Recovery of two groups of patients with blood sugar, correcting acidosis and urineketone subsided time statistical difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Clinical give diabetic ketoacidosis small dose insulin combined with emergency treatment therapy have outstanding effect, can preventcomplications, accelerate the symptoms subside velocity, enhancement effect, be worth to draw lessons from.
